A gentler, dedicated fixation kit for PBMCs, cultured cells, or other low-red-blood-cell-contamination suspensions — not whole blood. Its STOP buffer (used in place of the whole-blood kits' LYSIS buffer, since there are no red cells to remove) gives precise, reproducible control over exactly where fixation stops.

Recommended default for routine PBMC work. The Whole Blood Processing Kit's own Fix/Lyse buffers can fix PBMCs at scaled-down volumes in a pinch, but this kit is gentler and purpose-built — use it when PBMC quality (not whole blood) is the point of the study.
