Body fluids other than human blood
Blood is stabilised at each site the moment it's drawn. Samples ship frozen and are batch-processed together later — removing the site-to-site and operator variability that would otherwise mask a true immune response. Both T-cell and innate readouts are preserved, supporting FDA/EMA-standardised multi-site data.
Patients need repeat immune-status checks across a treatment course. Each draw is stabilised immediately, so timepoints are banked ready to analyse together later, under identical conditions, instead of processed one at a time as they arrive.
Stabilised samples can be accumulated for weeks or months, then acquired in a single cytometer run on one calibration. Distributor materials cite over 30% time savings on analytical steps and up to 5–7× more samples processed per staff member versus fresh, same-day processing.
One stabilisation step locks a sample's immune state at the moment of draw and keeps it analysis-ready in the freezer for years — including minute-volume paediatric or neonatal draws. Rare or irreplaceable specimens can be banked now and matched to a study question that doesn't exist yet.
