Cold chain isn't always required

Some standard shipments use ice packs in styrofoam boxes mainly to guard against overheating, not because the reagents are fragile at room temperature — refrigerated items are fairly stable at room temperature for weeks to months.

For destinations with short delivery times, some shipments go out at room temperature by design. For prolonged room-temperature international transit specifically, a two-component version of the Stabiliser exists (ships and stores at room temperature, reconstituted before first use) — worth flagging to procurement/logistics contacts evaluating cold-chain costs for remote or customs-heavy routes.

None of the shipments require a temperature monitoring device.
